*A Customer Agreement Form or Remnant Sale Agreement Form and the deposit is required before scheduling all services through AG.
*Customers who wish to forgo templating by AG may provide measurements, dimensions, specifications, etc. Customers must sign the necessary releases (see: No Template Release & Customer Pick-up Releases forms).
*The Stone Care & Maintenance form is a general information document regarding the care and maintenance of natural and engineered stones. Please seek additional information on your stone, if needed.
*All miscellaneous jobs (repairs, modifications, sealing, etc.) are billed at our hourly rate. See or call a representative for more information.
